Juliet By Night

JULIET BY NIGHT
BIO
Juliet By Night is a Vietnamese singer-songwriter based in Brooklyn, blending Broadway drama, classic rock grit, and danceable pop into something entirely her own.
Her lyrics dig into the unspoken corners of ordinary feelings — love, heartbreak, confusion — turning personal relationships into sharp social commentary. Visually, she draws on old Hollywood Asian icons like Anna May Wong and Nancy Kwan, and the fearless glamour of 1920s flappers. The name itself nods to Paris By Night, the show that shaped her sense of drama and nostalgia growing up.
The result: theatrical, over-the-top, and lyrically substantive — "Juliet-core."
NEW EP: U.S. DHS
Released August 7, 2026
Marking a decade of life in America, U.S. DHS is Juliet By Night's most sonically diverse project yet — produced entirely by longtime collaborator SOI, moving her sound from dreamy indie ballads into a bolder mashup of funk, rock, electronic, and blues.
Across six tracks, Juliet traces her American coming-of-age: the performative nature of dating ("Late Night TV"), youth radicalization ("A Revolutionary!"), financial precarity ("In This Economy…?"), queer identity and religion ("Heretics"), and the immigration crisis ("Ellis Island," "Sunshine").
Ten years after arriving in the U.S. as a bewildered teenager, U.S. DHS is Juliet's answer to the questions that defined her: how to fit in — and when it's time not to.
